How Do I Place An Order?
Click on the item. Add to cart. Once item(s) are added. You can then click on cart in the upper right hand corner and see what you added to cart.
Payment & Shipping
Payments can be made several ways. Paypal, Apple Pay, or any Major Credit/Debit Cards. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process. If placing an order on the weekend. Please allow the following Tuesday for your order to process. Unless emailed and spoken to about needing your order faster. This will be subject to a short notice fee. If your order is needed in 8 days or less. Short notice fees are determined if due date of your order will interfere with fulfilling other customers orders. SNF will be between $5-$15.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Orders are secured when all information needed to work on your order is confirmed. We will email if needing to find out more information regarding your order. Payment options can be in the manner of Paypal for all ordering through the website.
Returns & Refunds
All items are custom made. We do not accept returns on custom made items. However! We are very understanding about every customer and would be willing to talk and work out any issues regarding your order.
What If I Need To Cancel A Order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of ordering. If orders have been started on you cannot cancel. If needing help with order please email klassickreationsbykim@yahoo.com
